Description: Hall’s was pleased to be selected to supply and install 591 dorm room windows in the 162,000 square foot Tercero Residence Hall on the UC Davis Campus. In addition to supplying and installing energy efficient windows, Hall’s played an integral role in the overall design of the windows, working alongside the architect to increase the value and lower costs.This environmentally friendly design project helped the building achieve gold standard LEED certification in Energy and Atmosphere, Indoor Environmental Quality and Material Resources as determined by the United States Green Building council.
