It’s a daily question for our staff: where can we find you? The immediate answer, of course, is that Hall’s Window Center is located at 11297 White Rock Road in Rancho Cordova, and our showroom hours are Monday-Friday: 8 a.m.-5 p.m. and
Saturday: 10 a.m.-5 p.m.
But there’s a second answer as well: all over and 24/7. Here’s just a sampling of where you can see our work in your communities:
Hale Building, Sacramento: See those 160 windows that revitalized this landmark in downtown Sacramento? Yep, that’s Hall’s. And we’re especially proud because we maintained the building’s historical integrity, saved the project more than $700,000 and created a 30 percent improvement in sound reduction.
Park Mansion, Sacramento: The request: replace the existing steel windows with modern, more cost-effective option. “Aluminum clad windows,” we responded almost immediately and we set about to custom design simulated divided grids to mimic the older steel casement windows. Plus, we were on schedule and within budget, which makes our hearts glow, too.
Tercero Residence Hall, Davis: When the University of California, Davis renovated its Tercero Residence Hall for students, it selected Hall’s for the 591 dorm room windows. We worked alongside the architect to not only design the windows’ appearance but increase the value and lower costs. The hard work paid off: the dorm achieved gold standard LEED certification in United States Green Building council’s Energy and Atmosphere, Indoor Environmental Quality and Material Resources categories.
Veteran’s Home of California, Redding: The construction team building this beautiful retirement facility for our military vets needed windows that combined low maintenance, energy efficiency, durability and still looked and felt like residential window. We knew the Andersen E Series window was a perfect choice, particularly in a pre-finished stain grade pine interior, a white aluminum clad exterior and Cardinal Low E 4 glass. Like Tercero, this project achieved the LEED Silver certification in Energy and Atmosphere, Indoor Environmental Quality and Material and Resources.
