Our

Our
Window and Door Consultants are not simply sales people - it takes years of experience to be able to assist with design issues and analyze choices - for both aesthetics and for function. Most companies favor the "one call close" style of business. You have probably heard stories from friends of "the salesman who wouldn't leave until we signed" - we certainly have! In every way, we are different. We encourage you to take as many meetings with us as you need to make sure that you are comfortable with the fact that we are providing the right solution for you.
Our
Team of Technical Experts will follow our Window and Door Consultants. They will take detailed measurements and double check the order specifications to confirm all of your aesthetic and functional choices. With another set of experts, we can make sure that your custom installation will meet your expectations, start to finish.
Our
Project Managers will take over your project once your product has been ordered. Your project manager will work with you to schedule your installation and will act as your direct line of communication with us. He will ensure that your project goes smoothly, that you receive prompt attention and that you are completely satisfied with the quality and installation of your beautiful new doors and/or windows.
Our
Installation Crews are great at all handling all of the details. If there are any issues they are resolved on site. Our crews are neatly dressed professionals, who understand the importance of taking good care of your home. They are very careful about where they step, and of course, they do a complete cleanup after the job. Perfection is always our goal, and we will work hard to earn your enthusiastic feedback. Our Installation Crews follow a detailed 10-step process for every installation:
- Prepare the area
- Remove the old window or door
- Inspect for rot or damage
- Prepare and clean the opening
- Install the new window or door
- Insulate and seal the window or door area
- Inspect the window or door operation
- Apply all trim
- Clean the work area
- Dispose of the old windows or doors
