I met Tom Chiriaco in the fall of 2003 when he came to my residence to talk about Renewal by Andersen windows. His presentation was professional and informative; I wanted the windows, but wasn't in a position to purchase at that time.

When the wind blew leaves in through my old sliding glass door during the winter, I thought to myself, that wouldn't happen with Andersen windows. In the heat of the summer, I thought my utility bills would surely go down and I wouldn't be able to hear the freeway traffic with Andersen windows. It was a long year and a half.

Tom came out again in February 2005 and we signed a contract. On March 31, 2005, enough installers to put in 13 windows and 2 sliding glass doors in one day came to my residence. The floors were covered with tarps and the furniture was covered with plastic drop cloths. They took off the wood trim around the windows in the front of the house and took out the old frames, installed the new windows and put new wood trim back up. This was over and above the initial agreement. Termites were found in one of the old sliding glass door frames and a piece of treated wood was replaced where the old wood had been. The men were on time and courteous.

My entire experience with Andersen Windows, beginning with Tom, was great. Besides having an extremely professional staff, the windows are worth every penny. My friends and neighbors are in awe of the silence, quality, and dual sliding windows. The construction of the windows and the locks give me added security. Being able to lock my sliding glass doors open a little adds to my safety and well being.

We have lived in our house since it was built in 1976. For my birthday last July, we had all of our windows replaced with Renewal by Andersen! But of course, you know that!

Today, I decided to stop in and let you know how pleased I am with our windows! The heater and/or air conditioner do not continually cycle on and off. And this is the first winter that I do not feel a major change in temperature when I come down the stairs!

All of the staff did a great job and I feel that this was a great investment in our home!

Thank you for your immediate response to our concerns regarding the installation and detailing of Renewal by Andersen windows in the brick duplexes at Maplewood apartments. After the installation, they were really left a mess. After your employee finished them on Thursday, they really look great. Windows were cleaned, screening (previously left with grout and caulking) was replaced, and the excess grout and caulking was removed from the windows, air conditions units and surrounding areas.

We do appreciate the promptness and concern with which Hall's addressed the problem. We have worked with you on several projects and always know you do excellent work and stand behind it, providing prompt, attentive service. We depend on it! Thank you.

Erlene greeted us at the showroom. She was very helpful and answered all of our questions. She was very pleasant and professional even when she visited our home to discuss our windows.

Rob, Phil and Manuel came to install our windows. They did a great job. They were friendly, pleasant and professional. After the windows were installed they cleaned up everything. Unfortunately one of our windows didn't fit and has to be resolved.

We had a couple minor problems. We called and talked to Eliza. In fact we spoke to her several times. She was very helpful and pleasant.

Bill came out the next day and fixed our problems.

When the last window came in Tony called us again to set the time to get the windows installed. He too was pleasant and helpful.

Darren and Tone came and installed the last window. They were completely done very quickly.

We have noticed how much quieter the inside of the house is. And the air conditioner doesn't come on as frequently as it used to in this Vacaville summer heat.

You and your staff made every effort to see that we were completely satisfied with your product. Every person we dealt with form Hall's Windows was very professional and proficient. We want to thank Hall's and its crew for installing our beautiful windows and Andersen patio door in early July. We receive lots of compliments whenever we have guests, and believe me, we do have company -- lots of them. They tell us the house looks great from the outside as well as the inside.

When the temperature hit 104 degrees this summer, we did not need to turn on the air conditioner. All we needed were our ceiling fans. Now it is 40 degrees at night and 60 during the day, and we have not yet turned on our heater. A small fire in the early morning and another in the early evening are all that we need to be comfortable. The crew was efficient, neat,and very professional, and when we needed a minor adjustment, the men were here promptly to handle the problem. We were very pleased. Thank you all for a great job.

I originally saw the Renewal product at a home show in Sacramento. The display was done by Hall's Windows. I explained that I had had a problem getting window estimates because representatives from other companies and/or window companies failed to show me what would work, what would not work and prices. Hall's made an appointment for Wendy Webb, who is also a designer, to come to see me.

My experience with the Renewal product and Hall's Windows has been wonderful from beginning to end. I have an old home (built in 1945) and had a large wall with 2 old aluminum side windows and an old sliding glass door. I had many ideas for what I would like to do but had no idea if any of them would work. Wendy gave me numerous options and prices and never tired of looking for products that would satisfy me. She was at all times responsive, professional and knowledgeable. Out of all of the window products out there the Renewal window was the one we wanted.

Once the decision was made and the product ordered the entire process was organized, efficient, well communicated, well done, convenient for me and professional. The measuring appointment, installation scheduling and installation went exactly as they said it would. The measuring staff even thought about which way my French door should open from the direction of my kitchen. The installation staff was professional and polite and did an excellent job. They had to do a cut down for the side windows through 60 year old solid plaster walls. they did a beautiful job! They left my house and patio neat and clean and were very thorough in explaining the operation of locks, handles, etc.

So many people have seen these windows and rave over them. I will gladly give the name of Hall's Windows and Wndy Web in particular to anyone I hear is even considering new windows. In addition my husband insists should we replace any windows in the future this is the only company and product we will consider.

I want you to know how delighted we are with our new Andersen doors and Insulate windows. They've made such a difference in our home - both aesthetically and as sound insulation against freeway noise.

I had to write to tell you how impressed I was with the professional service we received from Hall's. From our first inquiry in October to last week's installation, your "team" was superb throughout.

We spoke with several window contractors/installers, both at the Home Show (Cal Expo) and in our home getting estimates. It can be terribly confusing for a homeowner to choose the right contractor. Barry McLeod was completely knowledgeable about the products you represent, as well as comfortable with and thorough in his presentation.(We met many hard-sell, "Joe Isuzu" type salesmen). Barry exuded professionalism and confidence. It was a relief dealing with someone you felt knew his business.

Not only were the windows and doors delivered and installed three weeks earlier than anticipated, your installers showed up promptly at the time they said they'd be here - each of the three days they were here! (How many contractor delays and no-shows do we hear about these days?!) We all work off schedules - it's nice to know someone respects my time as well as their own.

Max and Nolon are craftsmen! What a beautiful job they did installing the windows, doors, and trimming them out. By days end each day, the yard and work area had been swept, the carpet vacuumed, windows cleaned, and the day's progress explained. They were particularly conscientious in seeing that no hazardous items were left around for our mischievious youngsters to get into.

And a special thanks to Arnie for coming out and redirecting the wiring so the wall for the patio door could be cut. It was a real surprise to me to see an outlet when Max and Nolon moved a heavy dresser out of the way - I thought for sure we had checked that wall.

Again, it was a true pleasure doing business with your firm. You may use us as a reference any time. And you can be sure we'll be referring anyone who asks where our gorgeous doors and windows came from to Hall's!
